- The appointment shall be made purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of 12 months, extendable on satisfactory performance.
- Applicants with higher qualifications and excellent academic careers will be preferred.
- Candidates having and 3rd division will not be considered.
- Those already in Govt. service may apply through the proper channels.
- Selection will be made purely on a merit basis, and only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
- No TA / DA will be paid for the test/interview.
- Rules and Regulations of PCSIR for recruitment will be applicable.
- The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and to postpone or stop the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.

Interested candidates fulfilling the required criteria can download the Application Form from the PCSIR website, www.pcsir.gov.pk. If applying for multiple positions, a separate application form must be used. The application form(s), duly filled in (computer printed), along with the CV, should reach the undersigned in a sealed envelope within 15 days after publication of this advert.
