Note:
- Interested applicants must apply through the online Job Portal of the University of Gujrat (uog.edu.pk). The online Job Application Form, along with all required documents, must be submitted on or before 07-04-2025. After depositing the prescribed processing fee, in addition, hard copies of the same application along with all supporting documents, must reach the Office of the Registrar on or before 10-04-2025. Applications received after the stipulated deadlines, either online or in hard form, shall not be entertained. Once submitted, the online application cannot be deleted or modified under any circumstances.
- The processing fee must be deposited through the auto-generated challan. The original challan receipt must be attached to the hard copy of each application form.
- Applicants are required to submit One (01) copy of complete dossier. The dossier must include a printed copy of the online application form along with all required credentials, i.e., attested copies of Degrees and both sides of Result Card/Transcript/Certificate/Marks Certificates (CMCs) (only verified Degree/Transcripts from HEC), courses, etc., for proof of publication(s), Experience Certificate(s), Employment Verification Photograph(s) (EVP(s)) duly verified by the respective employer(s) where applicable, NOC (if required), and CNIC. The application must be completed in all respects and submitted through postal/courier service/hand. Enquiry facility in all respects shall be reckoned up to the closing date (Online Form Submission) i.e. 07-04-2025.
- Applicants are advised to carefully read all the terms and conditions of the advertisement before submitting their online application. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to rejection of the application.
- Submission of the Job Application in both formats (online and hard copy) is mandatory. Applications not submitted in both forms shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected without further notice.
